There are currently 57 people on the waiting list as of April 29th, 2024. We will open the waiting list back up when we are down to 10 people on the list.

The Villa Mercede located at 1331 W. 70th St. on Cleveland’s west side is a HUD subsidized section 8 building for those who are capable of independent living and are at least 62 years of age or disabled. The apartments are equipped with electric stoves, refrigerators and have central air conditioning and heating. All utilities except phone and cable are included in the rent.
